New and Noteworthy (The Restoration Game, Fritz Lieber)

In today's edition, two pieces from Strange Horizons:

* A review of Ken MacLeod's latest (still not on sale in the U.S.), The Restoration Game. (Also of special interest to MacLeod fans: his essay "Lysenko's Tomb," discussing the often problematic place of Darwinian evolution in the intellectual history of the left, and more recently, his response to the international intervention in Libya.)

* Matthew Cheney devotes this week's column to a "Century of Fritz Lieber."
