As the title says, here are a few more pieces about science fiction during the past year that caught my eye.
* The reviewers at Strange Horizons offered the latest installment of their annual reflections on Wednesday. M. John Harrison's Empty Space, Caitlin Kiernan's The Drowning Girl: A Memoir, Adam Roberts' Jack Glass and Kim Stanley Robinson's 2312 stand out as particularly popular with the group, several recommending each of them as among the year's best, if not the year's best.
* The L.A. Times' Hero Complex offered "10 movies to see – or see again." (Overall it is about what one might expect, but Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter interestingly made the cut.)
* At Science Fiction.com Ben Silverio presented his list of the five worst science fiction movies of the year.
* Last but not least, Big Dumb Object looked back at 2012.
